Reputation Architecture and Infrastructure
YOUR COMPANY IS NOT WHAT IT COMMUNICATES. IT IS WHAT THE MARKET INTERPRETS.
AIRE helps you identify, organize, and structure your company's intangible assets.
The problem
The Invisible Disorder
Many companies do not lose value because of a lack of effort, but because of a fragmented interpretation of what they are, what they do, and what they project.
The inconsistency between what a company says it is, how it manages itself, how it communicates, who communicates it, and how it is recognized creates friction that shows up through reactive decisions, fragmented leadership, stagnant sales, and commercial crises.
It is a system for organizing corporate intangibles and strengthening them for the benefit of the company.
AIRE works with strategic communication as the nervous system that connects what the company says with how the market interprets it.

Understand how the company is being read by clients, teams, and the market.
Invisible inconsistencies

Let’s Talk About Your ReputationSchedule a Meeting
What Is AIRE?
I worked in advertising for 10 years before becoming independent and founding MulticomHBP, a company dedicated to strategic communication. Although my clients always asked me for marketing campaigns, I delivered marketing and advertising campaigns integrated through strategic communication.
Over time, I learned that advertising was not enough. There was a disconnect between what advertising promised and what the company actually did.
Having studied under Justo Villafane, a pioneer in reputation and corporate image in Spain, and Joan Costa, one of the great references in identity and strategic communication, helped me understand that the reason for this disconnect was an inconsistency between what the company said it was, what it did, and how it communicated it, because it was only "offering" rather than communicating.
I immersed myself in the world of reputation and intangibles when I led MERCO Bolivia for eight years, the Corporate Reputation Business Monitor, where its director and founder, Jose Maria San Segundo, taught me the true strategic dimension of reputation and the real impact of intangibles on growth, sustainability, and business trust.
My background as an advertising and marketing professional allowed me to represent Professor Philip Kotler's Kotler Impact project for Latin America. Through that experience, I understood something even more important: marketing and corporate intangibles do not work separately. They coexist in a dynamic and deeply interdependent relationship.
This is how AIRE emerged: Business Reputation Architecture and Infrastructure. It was born from experience and learning, with 4 pillars, 17 dimensions, and 67 variables, designed to help companies be coherent between what they say they are, what they do, how they do it, and how they communicate it through strategic communication.
The management of intangibles is a culture of honesty and trust building, because the best business is coherence.
